Start with one sentence about your goal
“I want a website for my performances.” “I have photos and want a better presentation.” “I am interested in selling content but do not understand the process.” Any of those is a useful start.
Tell me whether you want a public project or reduced exposure within your personal circle. You do not need every decision made before messaging. Sometimes choosing a direction is the purpose of the first conversation.
What do you have already?
It might be a social profile, a domain, a few photos, a clip or simply the phone you plan to use. Describe your material. Do not send identity documents or intimate content through the form.
Prepare four short answers
- Goal: what would you like the project to achieve?
- Direction: what do you want to make, and what do you exclude?
- Time: what can you realistically allow for preparation and communication?
- Support: do you need editing, a website, organization, promotion or a combination?
This is not a test. The details help avoid proposing something that needs more time or exposure than you want. If photography is the obstacle, explore the simple phone setup.
For a website, include one or two examples of visual styles you like. For content management, explain which task currently takes most of your time.
Clarify the project before agreeing
The next stage is a proposal: what I handle, what you handle, costs or commission, deadlines, content approval and how the arrangement can end. Questions about money and access are normal. Read what to ask a content manager.
I cannot promise a particular income or someone else’s results. I can explain the process and what is worth checking before you invest more time.
A useful first message: “Hi Alexandra! I’m interested in a website / photo editing / content management. I already have… I’d like… You can reach me at…”
Complete your name, email and message in the form. If you prefer Instagram, you can include your handle too. Start with the question you have been putting off.
